We are seeking a skilled and proactive systems engineer to support enterprise business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure SLA compliance by providing incident and problem management support.
  • Monitor systems and applications to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT operations and service reliability.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance automation solutions using Control-M.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong administration expertise across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in shell scripting and automation.
  • Expertise in middleware technologies, application/web servers, and job management.
  • Working knowledge of database management, firewalls, load balancers, and network components.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
About the Role:

This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and experience working with various platforms such as Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Tableau, JBoss, MicroStrategy, Web Methods, and similar systems.

The selected candidate will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

In addition, the candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
