Job Description

  • We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and SonarQube.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-class distributed CI/CD tools and systems using .Net, Python, and Java.
  • Additionally, they will lead the automation and integration effort for end-user onboarding in enterprise systems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • The role requires effective communication and collaboration with development, product, engineering, and architecture teams to achieve project goals.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and implementing technical designs and processes for CI/CD, advocating adherence to enterprise standards, and providing technical expertise to support all CI/CD tools operational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field and/or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience delivering and supporting enterprise customer-facing solutions.
  • Proficiency in .Net, Python, and/or Java development/framework, public/private cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and Automation/Continuous Integration.
  • Experience leading the designing and developing enterprise-class distributed CI/CD Tools/systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple technology projects and teams simultaneously.
