Enterprise Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise asset management principles and a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of enterprise asset management systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
- Integrate enterprise systems with other enterprise assets.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
- Participate in upgrade and migration projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working with enterprise asset management systems in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of EAM principles and enterprise software architecture.
- Experience with configuration tools and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with integration protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IFS Ultimo certification (if available).
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, or logistics.
- Knowledge of related systems like IFS Cloud, SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
