Information Technology Asset Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT asset professional to manage and optimize our IT asset lifecycle using the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware and software asset management, as well as proficiency in creating and managing dashboards and reports.

Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules, tracking and managing software licenses and usage, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining dashboards and reports for hardware and software assets, providing training and support to end-users on HAM/SAM processes and tools, and staying up-to-date on ServiceNow features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Competent in creating and managing ITAM/ITOM dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules.
  • Proficient in hardware and software asset management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
