Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the wholesale business team and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with sanction terms, KYCs, and documentations.
- Manage clients' conversations effectively and address their issues.
- Manage and follow up on transactional documents, charge creation, and other key deliverables.
- Collect End-use certificates, security items, and prepare MIS reports.
- Perform audit requirements and maintain data confidentiality.
Performance Indicators:
- Provide excellent support to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Drive process improvements continuously.
