Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AVP Wholesale Business Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the planning and implementation of deployment under Wholesale lending vertical by carrying out the following tasks:
- Identifying potential partners under this business vertical across asset classes.
- Conducting preliminary analysis of the potential partners to finalize due diligence.
- Anchoring the process of due diligence on the potential partners.
- Closing out commercial negotiations with partners and maintaining yield and revenue targets.
- Preparing CAMs along with financial analysis for wholesale partners and presenting to the Credit Committee members.
- Coordinating with partners frequently, deepening relationships, and building a brand for KSF among them.
- Conducting quarterly monitoring process for partners.
Requirements:
- Background in the financial services industry, with experience of 6-8 years in lending to financial services and corporates.
- Experience in building newer alliances and growing business volumes by developing long-lasting relationships with partners.
