Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to promote and sell our wholesale grocery items to our valued customers in Bangalore. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position requiring a Junior level of experience (1 to 3 years). The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.



Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our wholesale grocery items and services.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers in the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance
    • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by effectively presenting and promoting our products.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on product features and benefits.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement.


Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.


Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
