Credit Saison India is a leading Non-Bank Financial Company (NBFC) lender in the country, established in 2019. With a strong presence in wholesale, direct lending, and tech-enabled partnerships with NBFCs and fintechs, we cater to the huge gap for credit in India, particularly in underserved and under-penetrated segments of the population.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with the Wholesale business team and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow between wholesale business, operations, finance, legal, and other support verticals.
  2. Ensure compliance with all sanction terms, KYCs assortment, assist clients on documentation, align pre-disbursement checklists/conditions, and take necessary approvals on deviation & deferral requests.
  3. Effectively manage clients' conversations, ensuring they are serviced well and addressing their issues to resolve.
  4. Manage and follow up on obtaining transactional documents, charge creation/charge satisfaction, NOC/NDC issuances, statement of accounts, balance confirmation, and other key deliverables between clients & internal stakeholders.
  5. Collect End use certificates, security & collateral items, periodical book debts, issuance of Pari-passu letters, etc., and ensure the adequacy of security cover as per sanctioned terms.
  6. Prepare and maintain the wholesale business vertical's MIS in terms of transactions, post-disbursement activities & security items.
  7. Custody services of keeping all documents, certificates & other deliverables for Audit requirements and maintain the confidentiality of data & records.
  8. Be aware of Companies Acts, RBI regulatory guidelines, especially in KYC & AML policies and other directive measures.
