Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Service Engineer to join our team, supporting FIS Quantum and Echos platforms with a focus on integration with Oracle Fusion modules.

  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for the organization.
  • Conduct regression testing for cloud updates to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Ensure data accuracy throughout the system, adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience working with FIS Quantum and Echos platforms.
  • Strong skills in Structured Query Language (SQL) and database management.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion, particularly with Intercompany, General Ledger, and Cash Management modules.
  • Experience with Electronic Wealth Transfer (EWF), Cash Xplorer, and treasury processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Golden Gate, Data Pipelines, and SOX compliance procedures is necessary.
  • Proficiency in software support tools is required.
