    • Design and present integrated media campaigns (broadcast, digital, print, outdoor) tailored to government and PSU objectives.">
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, analytics) to deliver effective public awareness and behavior change campaigns.">
    • Ensure campaign relevance and compliance with DAVP norms, DIPR communication protocols, and PSU guidelines.">

  • Tender & Contract Management:">
    • ">
    • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of government and PSU tenders, RFPs, and contracts.">
    • Ensure full compliance with procurement norms, documentation standards, and pricing protocols.">

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:">
    • ">
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and media strategists.">
    • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.">

  • Monitoring & Reporting:">

    • Track campaign KPIs, client satisfaction, and delivery metrics.">
    • Provide strategic insights and regular reports to internal leadership and government/PSU stakeholders.">

Your Qualifications:

We require a strong background in working with institutions such as DIPR (Defence Institute of Psychological Research), DAVP (Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity), PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings), and other government agencies.
