  2. Analyze performance data to identify weaknesses and develop targeted strategies to improve outcomes.
  3. Audit customer contracts to assess risk related to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Presentation of performance reports and dashboards to regional leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in relevant fields such as recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, or performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
