Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, proficient in tools like Wrike, Asana or Workfront.

This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high-quality design deliverables.

  • Project Management: Create and manage project schedules, allocate resources and track progress.
  • Design Knowledge: Coordinate design projects related to packaging/label/artwork with a basic understanding of design principles and processes.
  • Resource Allocation: Assess workloads, availability and skills of design team members to allocate tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Allocate design tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks in project workflow.
Deliverables:
  • Well-coordinated and efficiently managed design projects.
  • Establish process for quality assurance and control for design deliverables.
  • Project handover from Global to Regional teams on completion.
  • Clear and effective communication between project stakeholders.
  • Process improvement recommendations and implementations.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, tasks and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication.
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and guide design teams.
  • Creativity in finding innovative ways to optimize design workflows and processes.
