Job Description:

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, balancing responsibilities across business lines, including analysis, vendor management, risk management, and project planning with the Project Team.

You will ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Coordinate with the project manager, stakeholders, and client.

Responsibilities:

· Designing end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team.

· Knowledge of Scrum Framework.

· Overseeing project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting.

· Coordinating with sales team for kit calendar and project planning.

· Establishing professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.

· Observing systems, processes, and infrastructure while suggesting improvements.

· Collaborating with other back-office team members for seamless business execution.
