Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects globally.

  • Manage global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Prepare project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as primary client contact for transparent communication and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management templates.
  • Oversee project metrics – effort, timeline, and quality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
  • Review deliverables for adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide strategic inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.

About the Role:

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Complex situation handling with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with analytical skills.
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
  • Experience in working within a virtual team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • PMP certification.
