Enterprise Application Management Expert

The role requires a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in overseeing the lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal) within the Indian insurance sector.

  • Application Ownership & Management:
    • Oversight of end-to-end application lifecycles includes ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.
    • Liaison with external regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaar authorities is essential for compliance support.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Support:
    • Maintenance of regulatory standards and data protection laws through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management ensures efficient resolution of application-related incidents.
  • Project & Change Management:
    • Support for IFRS-related application changes and enhancements drives business growth and improvement.
    • Effective vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaboration with HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT teams gathers requirements and delivers solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
    • Strategic communication bridges the gap between business and technical teams, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records ensures transparency and accountability.
