Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to spearhead the execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental, health, and safety management with a passion for promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead EHS personnel in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement EHS plans, emergency response procedures, and site-specific EHS protocols.
  • Conduct training sessions on relevant EHS procedures and provide awareness on safe handling practices.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor and audit EHS performance, implementing improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning projects.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.
  • Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications.
  • Incident Investigation Techniques certificate.

Skillset:

  • Strong understanding of EHS issues, practices, and behavioral aspects.
  • Able to lead teams, develop EHS strategies, and implement risk assessments.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
