Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Solution Developer to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This remote position requires business travel.

As a Solution Developer, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions. You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Support solution architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience from 1 to 5 years is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations research, or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Developer level 1 is a must. Anything above is a plus.
  • The capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support the expected functionalities.
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are an asset.
