AI Solutions Developer Position Overview

The AI Solutions Developer plays a vital role in the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions. Their focus is on implementing cutting-edge solutions that leverage Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and emerging technologies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop ML, NLP, LLM deliverables aligned with AI strategies to enhance business outcomes.
  • Design and implement custom ML, Gen AI, NLP, LLM models for batch and stream processing-based AI/ML pipelines.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
  • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative approaches to drive business growth.
  • Apply best practices in data privacy, security, and biases in AI systems to ensure responsible AI development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in AI/ML model development with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability working with machine learning frameworks, programming languages like Python, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Understanding of ethical considerations in AI systems and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of AI/ML techniques and their applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience deploying Gen AI solutions at scale to drive significant business impact.
  • Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, SLMs, teacher-student frameworks, and model distillation to optimize AI performance.
  • Familiarity with human-in-the-loop methods for aligning LLMs with human preferences to ensure optimal results.
  • Familiarity with agentic framework platforms and concepts, with experience deploying agentic-based solutions highly valued.
