Quality Assurance Specialist – AML/KYC Process

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality assurance within the BFSI domain, specifically in compliance-related processes.

  • We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Analyst to support our AML/KYC operations team. This role will be responsible for ensuring process adherence, driving error reduction, and supporting process improvements through audits and feedback mechanisms.

This role involves conducting regular audits of AML/KYC cases to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Additionally, it requires identifying process gaps and providing constructive feedback to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Maintaining accurate records and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) is also an essential part of this role. Collaboration with the operations and training teams is necessary to conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation.

Participating in calibration sessions with internal teams and client-side quality stakeholders, as well as assisting in updating quality control checklists and SOPs, are key responsibilities of this position. The ability to stay updated on the latest AML/KYC regulations, global compliance practices, and quality frameworks is vital.

Key Skills:
  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
  • 4–8 years of total experience in a BPO or financial services environment
  • Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as a Quality Analyst in an AML/KYC process
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
  • Proficient in quality audit tools, MS Excel, and report generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Work Conditions:
  • Location: Pune (Candidates should be open to working from the office)
  • Shifts: As per business requirements (may include rotational shifts)
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
