Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our QA efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform, with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, workflows, and data models.

This role requires hands-on experience in test planning, test case design, and execution for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud projects. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential for this position.

The Software Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for defining test scope, creating detailed test cases, and ensuring comprehensive coverage across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities, configurations, and data models.

The selected candidate will also manage and guide QA testers, providing mentorship, task allocation, and review of test deliverables.

Additionally, the Software Quality Assurance Specialist will coordinate defect management activities, ensuring timely logging, tracking, and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA and ALM.

The position involves overseeing the execution of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations and integrations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off.

The Software Quality Assurance Specialist will establish QA processes, best practices, and metrics to improve testing quality and efficiency.

The role also involves participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, representing QA in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

The selected candidate will prepare and present detailed test status reports, defect metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, workflows, and data models.
  • Test Planning & Execution: Hands-on experience in test planning, test case design, and execution for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud projects.
  • Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading QA efforts in Agile teams.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding QA testers.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, with proven experience in test management tools like JIRA, ALM, and test management tools.
