Job Title: Assurance Professional

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Assurance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audit and assurance services to our clients.

You will work closely with our Engagement Managers to execute Ind AS engagements, researching complex technical issues and applying relevant accounting standards independently. You will also be responsible for monitoring engagement budgets and ensuring work quality through direct review by the Partner under the Engagement Manager's supervision.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Indian GAAP, including differences from Ind AS.
  • Apply relevant accounting standards independently and execute Ind AS engagements while researching complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, staying updated on new pronouncements related to Ind AS.
  • Monitor engagement budget under the guidance of the Engagement Manager.
  • Ensure work quality through direct review by the Partner under the Engagement Manager's supervision.
  • Take ownership of documentation and guide/monitor junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • 3-8 years of experience post CA qualification.
