Job Description:

Savvysoft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our US staffing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the US market, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
    • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and identify opportunities.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to generate new leads and close deals.
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Understand client hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    • Screen and interview candidates to identify top talent.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and placement.
  • Account Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of staffing solutions.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
