We are a leading brand in LED lighting and electrical products, dedicated to innovation and excellence. Our company is expanding its online presence, seeking an experienced E-commerce Account Strategist to drive our e-commerce success.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings on Amazon and Flipkart to maximize visibility and sales. This includes achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining target ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) through effective ad strategies.

  • Achieve significant sales growth by executing well-planned campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers on both platforms.
  • Analyze account performance, ensuring adherence to platform-specific guidelines, including monitoring and analyzing metrics such as sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to enhance product imagery, descriptions, and A+ content, resulting in increased customer engagement and improved conversion rates.
  • Ensure seamless inventory management, coordinate with the supply chain team, and guarantee that products are always in stock to meet customer demands.
  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints efficiently, maintaining a high rating and positive brand image on both Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Stay ahead in the marketplace by conducting competitor research and trend analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Effectively manage returns and process reconciliation for refunds, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Analyze returns data to identify patterns and implement corrective actions to minimize future returns.
  • Reconcile payments, deductions, and claims from Amazon and Flipkart to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance and reconciliation reports for management.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and marketplace algorithms, enabling effective execution of ad strategies and campaign planning.
  • Proficiency in running Sponsored Ads and other PPC campaigns on both platforms, resulting in increased brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, to analyze account performance and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to work and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • A self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
