**Leasing Operations Manager Position Overview:**

The Leasing General Manager/Assistant General Manager acts as a liaison between in-house personnel, tenants, outside counsel, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities to facilitate leasing processes.

This role involves managing all leasing-related activities from inception to close, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily activities of the leasing operations department, ensuring compliance with organization policies and standards.

This includes reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements, overseeing completion of necessary paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.

The Leasing General Manager/Assistant General Manager is responsible for the productivity and performance of the leasing operations department.

This role also involves developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability, as well as monitoring trends in the competitive marketplace.

A strong network with industry professionals and proficiency in direct marketing or sales efforts to various corporates are essential.

Key qualifications include a postgraduate degree in business management, certification in retail leasing (optional), and at least 5 years of experience in leasing operations.
