Role Overview

Kredx is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of account managers and developing relationships with key decision-makers in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of account managers to acquire, retain, and expand relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise level, including CFOs, directors, and procurement heads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in core sales, market expansion, or business development, preferably in digital lending, supply chain finance, or fintech.
  • Proven track record of onboarding, nurturing, and retaining relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of technology-based trade receivables business and supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage large direct and cross-functional teams across geographies.
