About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Manhattan WMS Active Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing warehouse management systems to optimize supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in configuring and troubleshooting warehouse management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement warehouse management systems to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth operation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
