About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Cell R&D organization in developing NMC technology for various battery cell formats produced in our Gigafactory.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in inventory management, ensuring all stock discrepancies are resolved through SAP reconciliation. They will also implement and maintain the 5S principles throughout the production areas, improving safety, quality, and efficiency.

This role involves interpreting large datasets from SAP WMS and MES to ensure consumption posting and outputs align with Bill of Materials (BOM).

Responsibilities include reconciling raw materials, assembly materials, and finished goods from receipt to dispatch, ensuring zero stock discrepancies and accurate consumption posting according to BOM.

Cycle counting and adjusting stock through approved processes is also key. Additionally, identifying and addressing deviations through Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) processes is critical.
