Electrification Opportunity:
Seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to spearhead the growth of our EV connectors business. This senior role will focus on developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue expansion, foster strong customer relationships, and enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets for EV connectors. Identify and target potential customers and market segments like EV Charger Manufacturers, OEMs, Automobile manufacturers to expand the customer base and increase sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing in automotive/related industries
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve goals
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
