Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring campaign KPIs and deliverables alignment with brand objectives
  • Managing creator communication, including content creation, calendar management, and business outreach
  • Overseeing team members and ensuring effective workflow

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of core experience in influencer marketing & talent management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Suite (excel, docs, ppt, etc) and basic editing software such as canvas
• Experience in campaign planning; creative thinker with ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
