Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Advertising and Account-Based Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing B2B LinkedIn advertising campaigns and ABM strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including sponsored content, message ads, text ads, and dynamic ads, to achieve lead generation and awareness objectives.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, and CRM data to build targeted audience lists.
  • Own the campaign budgeting process and daily bid management to ensure efficient spend and maximum return on investment.
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to develop high-converting visual assets tailored for a B2B audience.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing B2B LinkedIn advertising campaigns and ABM strategies.
  • Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
