Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional The candidate should have good communication skills, be outgoing, good at making connections and should have experience of dealing with the top brass in various industries- automotive will be a plus but not a restriction
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers, OEMs, dealers, and distributors.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to align offerings with market demand.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and relationship management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
78 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings.
