Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with design engineering consultants, MEP specialists, architects, government agencies, and builders to manage make approvals for low-tension control cables, power cables, fire survival cables, flexible cables, and wires.
  • Provide technical support, conduct lead generation, presentations, and negotiations; facilitate bid clarifications and analyze competitive product offerings.
  • Prepare all necessary documents and credentials, and offer technical assistance on specifications, standards, and compliance.
  • Identify potential leads, validate them through various sources, and collaborate with sales personnel to convert them into successful sales.
  • Visit factories to ensure make approvals for ongoing and upcoming projects, lead product presentations, seminars, and training sessions for consultants and clients.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-bid techno-commercial clarifications with consultants and clients.
  • Negotiate and discuss technical and commercial aspects with clients and consultants.
  • Manage GEM and other vendor portals.
  • Analyze competitive product features and prices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of low-tension control cables, power cables, fire survival cables, flexible cables, and wires.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including designers, engineers, and clients.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor portals and coordinating logistics.
