Plant Operations Leadership Role
- We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead our plant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that align with our organizational objectives.- This role involves designing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy across the plant to tackle business challenges. Key focus areas include talent acquisition, retention, overall talent management, learning and development, culture & values, and employee engagement.
- As the end-to-end recruiter for plant-level roles, you will oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs for plant employees while ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- You will support safety initiatives, ensure welfare measures for workers and staff, handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures fostering a healthy work culture.
- Your responsibilities also include overseeing contract labour management, monitoring contractor performance, coordinating workforce planning, managing contract labour headcount as per plant requirements, maintaining accurate employee records, and managing payroll inputs.
- In addition, you will implement the performance appraisal process, support HODs in identifying training needs, and manage vendor contracts and service providers for admin-related services.
- To succeed in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and industrial relations, along with excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
