We're seeking an expert to lead our KYC compliance efforts.

The Global KYC Knowledge Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. This position demands a highly experienced professional who can provide expert guidance and support to the team, guaranteeing that all KYC activities are conducted efficiently and effectively in line with our standards and regulatory expectations.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of KYC, financial regulatory environment, and AML risk implications. They will be responsible for providing advisory support on high-risk and complex client KYC review cases, as well as overseeing the implementation of the global financial crime program requirements as they relate to KYC.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in writing risk assessments, and good organizational and interpersonal skills. They must be able to handle crisis situations and take appropriate/timely decisions. Self-driven individuals with strong knowledge of regulations and global standards are preferred.
