Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to provide expert support for U.S. federal government contracts.

  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review and Compliance:
  • Review and analyze federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Identify and summarize FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence, ensuring required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare comprehensive compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations, including eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, and EEO/OFCCP reporting.
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Audit and Monitoring Support:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for and participate in internal reviews and external audits, such as DCAA and DCMA.
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance, reducing the risk of non-compliance penalties.
  • Proposal and Pre-Award Support:
  • Analyze solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses, identifying potential compliance risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams, streamlining the proposal development process.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Support:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
