Enterprise Growth Specialist

We are seeking an Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team at Funfirst Global Skillers Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on the NAPS/NATS program enrollment.
- Business Development: Establish rapport with potential clients, negotiate agreements, and promote the benefits of our NAPS/NATS project.
- Lead Generation: Research organizations and individuals to find new business prospects and generate leads.
- Event Management: Coordinate conferences, meetings, seminars, and industry events to facilitate discussion and build relationships with clients.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of the NAPS/NATS program and its benefits, as well as market trends and competitor analysis.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Competitive Salary**: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
