We're seeking a seasoned retail consultant to join our team on a contract basis.

  • Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail, including POS, MPOS and CPOS modules.
  • Design, configure and implement solutions for Tokenization, Payment Integrations and Refund processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored MS D365 Retail solutions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and end-user training to ensure smooth operations.
  • Evaluate and ensure seamless integration of MS D365 Retail solutions with client systems and third-party applications.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in MS D365 Retail implementation and support.
  • Strong expertise in POS, MPOS, CPOS and Tokenization.
  • Proven experience in Payment Integrations and Refund processes.
  • Solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical configurations within MS D365 Retail.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
