About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Solutions Specialist to join our global team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to combine investment knowledge, analytical skills, and client service orientation in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing analytical, reporting, and client solutions support to help serve some of the world's largest institutional investors.

This position is based in Bangalore and provides exposure to a wide range of investment strategies, allowing you to gain valuable insights and expertise.

You will work closely with global Business Development and Product Specialist teams to prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials, as well as assist in drafting and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and investor information requests.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client-facing materials.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining consultant and sales databases, including performance data, flows, and product information.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support, including portfolio data summaries and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0.6 –3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk/return analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional client-facing materials.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
