About the Role

The Senior Specialist - Retail Design plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with global retail design guidelines and local regulations while driving consumer engagement, store functionality, and brand consistency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all design solutions adhere to construction standards and safety regulations.
  • Developing detailed design drawings, zoning plans, elevations, and facades.
  • Maintaining layout consistency across markets.
  • Preparing Terms of Reference and tender documents for suppliers and partners.
  • Conducting site visits for measurements and acceptance of works.
  • Providing specifications for retail equipment and furniture aligned with store concepts.
  • Monitoring project timelines and delivering results on schedule.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in architecture and retail design.
  • Industry background in retail sporting goods, fashion, or FMCG preferred.
  • Exposure to cross-functional areas such as business development, IT, retail operations, or supply chain.
