About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our international business growth in the Middle East.

This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, with strong knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters. They will also be able to identify market trends and competitor activity, and develop effective plans to drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in the Middle East.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and agents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of orders and management of client relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Hit sales targets and maintain profit margins.
  • Expand presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners.
  • Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Middle East.
  • A strong track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
