Hiring a seasoned business leader to drive organizational growth and development.

Job Overview:

The General Manager will oversee the strategic planning and execution of our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a risk-based annual audit plan that aligns with management inputs, business priorities, and assessment of the business risk environment.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and finalize vendors to be contracted for program activities execution.
  • Audit Execution: Lead the execution of the internal audit plan (in-house or outsourced) as approved by the audit committee. Ensure timely completion and reporting to all stakeholders.
  • Functional Audits: Lead functional audits (in-house or outsourced) as per the annual plan approved by the audit committee.
  • Risk Monitoring: Track, monitor, and report the status of open internal audit observations to all stakeholders monthly.
  • Follow-up Audits: Lead follow-up audits to assess the effectiveness of management's remediation on internal audit observations.
  • Audit SOP: Develop and maintain internal audit SOP, including templates, protocols, and documentation requirements.
  • Audit Support Tools: Create a repository of audit programs, checklists, templates, and tools for standardization and consistency in internal audit execution.
  • Audit Quality Improvement: Plan, develop, and maintain audit support tools to improve audit process quality and efficiency.
  • Risk Identification: Partner with the Risk Management function and provide inputs to identify and assess entity and functional level risks.
  • Emerging Risks: Provide input to the risk identification and assessment program for emerging risks identified during internal audit execution.
  • Internal Audit Planning: Leverage risk assessment output to develop an informed internal audit plan.
  • Risk Mitigation: Monitor risk mitigation steps and initiatives taken by management to assess their effectiveness and calibrate internal audit procedures.
