The Senior IT Procurement Analyst plays a pivotal role in streamlining procurement processes to drive efficiency and cost savings. This individual will be responsible for managing procurement requests, reviewing vendor contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming procurement requests from initiation to completion
  • Following up with owners/approvers on aging tasks and status of pending requests
  • Submitting requisitions and tracking approvals until purchase orders have been created and issued to vendors
  • Updating financial records with request details for accurate tracking
  • Ensuring the procurement workflow is complete from requisition to payment and open requests are properly closed

This role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional with experience in reviewing vendor contracts, collaborating across departments, and managing multiple procurement workflows simultaneously.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • 1-2 years of procurement and/or accounting experience, ideally in IT or Technology
  • Experience with Workday or similar ERP/HCM systems
  • Exposure to end-to-end procurement processes and related documentation (quotes, contracts, invoices)

Preferred qualifications include experience with Workday Procurement module, Healthcare and/or Technology background, and 2 or more years of procurement, vendor management, and/or accounting/finance experience.
