Procurement Analyst Role

As a Global Procurement professional, you will play a critical role in defining and assessing strategic project requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with cross-functional teams to define high-level program requirements.
  • SUPPORTING THE DEFINITION OF HIGH-LEVEL REQUIREMENTS FOR ANY PROGRAMME OF WORK
  • Supporting the life cycle management solution design and impact assessment for change requests.
  • Documenting detailed business requirements and acting in the best interests of stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth change delivery.

Other supporting activities may include creating process maps, establishing stakeholder relationships, and understanding procurement data and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, as well as 8 years of experience in gathering requirements, business analysis, and conducting design activity. Strong business acumen and analytical skills are essential, along with experience in change initiatives and an understanding of the full project life cycle.
