Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing cost structures, and providing insights to support operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and long-term financial planning.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to understand financial implications of manufacturing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CA, MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to headquarter reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and cross-border compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel; experience with Oracle Netsuite ERP software is an advantage.
