Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7-11 years of experience in MES solutions within Manufacturing Execution Systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in TrakSys, preferably versions 11 and 12, and a strong background in MES architecture and integration.

The successful candidate will have experience working with complex MES environments in manufacturing industries, a deep understanding of MES architecture and integration with enterprise systems, and the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain MES platforms for smooth operations.

  • SME with C#.NET and extensive experience in TrakSys by Parsec
  • Familiarity with software development and customization within TrakSys environments
  • Knowledge of interfacing MES solutions with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous
  • Understanding of related technologies such as NET, C, SQL, and JavaScript is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of MES solutions tailored to client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze manufacturing process requirements
  • Customize and configure workflows, data collection, and reporting modules
  • Integrate MES with other enterprise systems including SAP to streamline operations
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for MES-related issues
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on MES best practices and technical skills
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality controls through MES
  • Document system configurations, processes, and changes for future reference and audits
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MES performance and usability
