Global Operations Leader for HR Transformation

Job Description:

The Global Operations Leader for HR Transformation will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by driving process transformation and technology enablement. This key position will oversee the migration of enterprise processes to Global Business Services, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and HR Function stakeholders to define process transformation and drive planning and execution of enterprise migration to GBS.
  • Lead HR work transitions into regional GBS locations, working closely with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Deliverables:

  • Oversee readiness activities including knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.
  • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.
