We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, engaging in meaningful conversations, and qualifying leads. Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our services.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs.
• Qualify leads and ensure they meet our criteria.
• Keep track of customer details and interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversions.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
• Meet or exceed lead generation targets.

Requirements:
• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Previous work in a call center is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills with a neutral American accent.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential customers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, if needed.
