Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Electrical & Engineering Products Location: Delhi/NCR Experience: 4+ years in Sales Coordination & Lead Management (Electrical/Engineering Products) Salary: 25 to 35K + Performance-Based Incentives Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to work closely with the Digital Marketing Team and other lead sources to convert potential clients into business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, lead follow-up expertise, and a background in selling electrical or engineering products . This role requires fluency in spoken and written English and proficiency in MS Word and Excel for reporting and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and external sources . Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing team to strategize and optimize lead conversion. Communicate with potential clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to understand their requirements. Maintain and update lead tracking reports, sales databases, and CRM records efficiently. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to clients. Assist in managing sales documentation, contracts, and order processing . Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through active coordination. Research market trends and identify opportunities for expanding business. Ensure smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors . Provide regular sales performance reports and suggest improvements for better conversions. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years in sales coordination, client handling, or lead management in Electrical/Engineering product sales. Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English . Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical/engineering products and solutions . Software Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools . Multitasking Ability: Can handle multiple client interactions and sales follow-ups efficiently. Result-Driven Attitude: Ability to meet lead conversion and revenue targets .
