Commercial Strategy Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Strategy Leader to spearhead our base metals operations in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategic trade commercial plans
  • Designing and executing risk mitigation strategies across various exchanges
  • Formulating business growth strategies to achieve a leading position in the Indian base metal industry
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a team of professionals

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Base Metals value chain, extensive experience in trade commercialization, and a strong network of customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. They must also have expertise in hedging mechanisms across MCX, LME, and other platforms, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in the base metals industry with a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years of experience in the base metals industry post Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
