Job Description

As a leader in the industry, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of tasks.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manpower planning and shift rostering, aligning with load projections and productivity targets.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain facility cleanliness, and prioritize overall facilities upkeep.
  • Monitor vehicle connections, availability, and guarantee timely unloading/loading of vehicles to meet business needs.
  • Plan and coordinate ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profile, collaborating with fleet teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain high service levels and drive performance metrics across inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first mile metrics.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among commercial, security, fleet, and last mile teams to achieve common goals.
  • Drive improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices like Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Focus on employee development, fostering diversity hiring, maintaining employee morale, and prioritizing employee safety on the floor.
Requirements
  • Preferred candidates should be female.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Have 1-3 years of post-graduation experience in a related field.
